New materials which combine all-direction elasticity and microporosity while being constructed from 100% natural materials are being converted into form-fitting hygienic disposables which will allow nonwovens to make serious inroads into the underwear market with a new category of product.
They are made directly from liquid latex and cellulosic fibres using a new and unique low energy forming process which allows excess raw materials to be immediately reclaimed into the machine and re-used, ensuring there is no waste in the process.
