Andritz Asselin-Thibeau, member of international technology group Andritz, has led the development of this technology with ProDyn dynamic system. This influences the web weight and its positioning without drafting the web and distorting its uniformity as a result of the tension as the web is released by the crosslapper. The ProDyn system is unique in its ability to both increase and decrease the web weight without adding draft.
